Join us for a very special journey through a cornucopia of different sound worlds. Opening with Mozart’s well-loved string quartet No 18 in A major, followed by beautiful Fauré and Barber song cycles performed by Roderick Williams and Julius Drake. After the interval, Julius Drake returns to join the Carducci Quartet in Shostakovich’s epic Piano Quintet.
